Elected President Australian Kendo Renmei at AKC Canberra in 1988
Founder and Head Instructor of MUKEN (formally UMKC) in 1989.
Served as President of the Australian Kendo Renmei from 1989 - 1999.
Elected as Chairman of the Kendo Board in 2003.
Attained 5th dan in 1991 and 6th dan in 2003.
